About PlanPal

Medicare choices should be easier to talk about.

PlanPal is being built as a plain-English Medicare plan checker with a family co-pilot. The idea is simple: make it easier for older adults and their families to understand what questions to ask and what details to compare.

Clear answers, on your side.

Medicare is personal, but the information can be hard to follow. PlanPal’s aim is to explain plan details in everyday language and make room for a trusted family member to take part.

The Medicare checker is still in development. The current site does not handle Medicare-card or prescription photos, verify plan coverage, compare costs, estimate savings, or recommend plans. A shared review, licensed counselor line, and enrollment help are not available today.

PlanPal is an independent project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare or the federal government. It does not provide insurance, medical, or enrollment advice.
